Return Policy
All our products are made to order (print-on-demand), meaning each item is created specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges.
Exceptions
We do accept returns in the following cases:
- The product arrived defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or design)
In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@teezyfit.com, including a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping
For approved returns (defective or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Request a Return
Send an email to info@teezyfit.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the defective or incorrect product
We will respond within 2 business days.
